Complete Assessment

No training program can be properly issued unless a complete assessment is done first.  Not only is it important to understand your goals, time frame and needs, but its MORE important to first find out how your body functions!

The Complete Assessment allows me to blueprint your body and give me the information needed to identify biomechanical imbalances, weaknesses, potential risks for injury and over/underused muscles.  Interpreting the assessment will allow me to apply corrective exercises and techniques and allow me to train you with the least amount of risk possible.

The Complete Assessment takes approximately 1.5 hours and Includes:
  • An in depth client questionnaire
  • Body measurements
  • 8 Functional Assessments
  • 6 Fitness Assessments
  • Aerobic Capacity
  • The "Needs Analysis”
  • Complete Muscle Testing
  • Lactate Testing (optional and an additional cost)
  • A complete 7 day look at your current diet and dietary habits
