Program Design


If you already train at home or at another gym but are looking for the best diet, training and cardio strategies to incorporate on your own, then let me design your diet and workouts for you!

The Program Design option requires you to come in for an initial assessment, a diet sit down, and a 2 hour program overview.  After that, you will come in once every 4 weeks to receive and be shown your new program.

This option is perfect for those that already train very consistently and don’t need me for motivation or accountability.  I have had MANY people in the past who thought that they would have all the motivation they needed to start a program JUST by getting a program to do.  This very rarely works out!  If you are new to exercising, new to a program, I’d recommend a few weeks of private training, and then transitioning into a monthly program like the Program Development.
