Assessments: The Foundation
Before embarking on any Strength and Conditioning, we start with a thorough Assessment. Joe's assessment process can identify a single muscle that isn't firing or working at optimum capacity, any imbalances along with flexibility and mobility issues.
The Assessment serves as the foundation of the training program. It allows him to determine any weak links that otherwise might go unnoticed and possibly result in injury if not addressed.
Strength and Conditioning: The Work
With over 16 years of experience, Joe's brings a large tool box of training modalities to the table. Depending on the length of time he has with a fighter, along with an in depth needs analysis that's put together by the fighter, the coaches and himself, a strength and conditioning game plan is put togehter. Joe's expertise is to make sure a fighter gets into the ring with as much power, speed, strength, explosiveness and endurance as possible! His workouts are FAR from easy but very effective!
Nutrition and Supplements: The Fuel
Over the years Joe has become renowned for his nutritional advice and weight cut strategies. Leading into a fight his approach is very holistic; focusing on the proper ingestion, digestion, absorption and elimination of food. Gut health, food quality, food combining and detoxification are all high on the importance list to get the most ouf his fighters.

MMA Strength and Conditioning and weight cut is one of the hardest sports to prep for! The mixture between strength, explosiveness, stamina, speed, endurance, flexibility all while training multiple times per day for different disciplines is something most of the population will NEVER understand or appreciate.
Joe has been extremely fortunate to work with some great organizations such as the National Kickboxing Team of Canada, the Council of Amateur Sport of Kickboxing and Boxing Ontario. His clientele has ranged from champion Kickboxers, amateur boxers, UFC fighters and MMA fighters.
Prepping and Training fighters is one of his ultimate passions! Their hard work and dedication makes is such a pleasure to train.
Making Weight: The Final Step
Leading up to a fight, Joe's weight cut strategies have impressed many top fighters and the UFC athletes he's worked with, stating that his process has been the most succesful and easiest weight cut's they've ever had!
His unique strategies allow fighters to drop a significant amount of weight while maintaing muscle and minimizing energy loss.
